Peter Goh is Global Head of Human Resource & Organization at GIC. In this role, Peter oversees talent and culture strategies and human resource management across GIC’s offices in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Peter joined GIC in 2008 and led various divisions within the Human Resource & Organization department. Prior to joining GIC, Peter was Head, Human Resources at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) in Singapore. Earlier in his career, he was a Research Scientist at DSO National Laboratories and a R&D Programme Manager at the Defense Science and Technology Agency (DSTA).

Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge. He also holds a doctorate in Chemistry from Imperial College London and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Peter has also attended the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.
