Goh Chin Kiong is Chief Investment Officer of GIC Real Estate. He oversees the management of GIC’s global real estate portfolio.
Chin Kiong joined GIC in 2008. He spent time in Singapore, London, and Beijing for GIC. In 2020, he was appointed Head of Asia Strategic Investments Group, which invests in APAC funds and co-investments, APAC RE credit, Southeast Asia RE, and thematic opportunities. In 2021, he was appointed Head of Global Investments & Portfolio Strategy and Co-Head of Asia ex China for Real Estate. Prior to joining GIC, Chin Kiong worked at the Ministry of Health overseeing healthcare financing, and at the Ministry of Trade and Industry overseeing industrial land and energy markets.
Chin Kiong holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley. He also holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from Stanford University.
