Girish Karira is Head of the Integrated Strategies Group (ISG) and a member of ISG’s Investment Committee. ISG is a multi-asset investment group within GIC.

Girish joined GIC in 2010. Before his move to ISG New York in 2018, he was with ISG Singapore from 2015 to 2018, and with the Direct Investment Group within Private Equity based in Mumbai from 2010 till 2015. Prior to joining GIC, Girish spent over ten years as a management consultant with Monitor Group, Accenture, and Stern Stewart.

Girish holds a Bachelor of Technology in Production & Industrial Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi University and a Master of Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. Girish was a gold medalist in both courses.
