Celine Loh is Head of Custody and Investment Monitoring Services and Head of Investment Services Management for Funds and Economics & Investment Strategies (EIS). In her roles, she oversees custody management, regulatory reporting and investment compliance, funds investment and execution services, investment services for EIS, total portfolio management services, and Operations Due Diligence.

Celine joined GIC in 1997 and has led several divisions across Investment Services Public Markets. Prior to joining GIC, Celine was Head, Middle Office and Product Management in BNP Private Bank. Earlier in her career, she was an accountant with Singapore Airlines.

Celine holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She is a Chartered Accountant and has completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
